They always ask how was everything, but they become very defensive if one provides feedback. My wife and I have been eating twice a week for last year and love the place- good food and mostly good service except some Sundays when they are extra busy (kitchen staff cannot keep up). Not the kind of attitude we expect for the restaurant manager. He didn’t seem concerned for safety, health and cleanliness. WHEN I POINTED OUT THAT MY WATER HAD DENTAL FLOSS IN IT, HE (MANAGER-Victor?) SAID 'IT HAPPENS' and offered no apologies.
